Hello! I was introduced to this kids yoga by a good friend and her beautiful daughter. We just started a couple of weeks ago and my boys love it, especially Gabriel.
What we do is after breakfast or while breakfast is cooking, I put this you tube channel called Cosmic Kids Yoga, link here: https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC5uIZ2KOZZeQDQo_Gsi_qbQ
Then let them watch about two to three sessions. This is a great way to relax their minds, get them to exercise, use their imagination and have fun at the same time. Try and do this daily or few times a week for better results.
